• RTG is a turnkey offering and comes fully staffed. Point out where you want us to go and we’ll do the rest.
• Our staff is uniformed and professional and manages the entertainment so you can concentrate on other aspects of the event and your clients
• 46″ flat screen spectator monitors are included so you don’t have to coordinate A/V assets.
• We only need one outlet for the simulators and a second outlet for the spectator monitors.
• RTG works with planning professionals to develop a relationship on pricing and billing to protect their relationship with their customers.
• RTG has the following requirements:
• RTG fits into a 15′x15′ square (or less depending on space considerations) and has no special requirements other than a single electrical outlet. We can go almost anywhere.
• Ramp access to the location so that equipment may be rolled into place. Maximum dimensions are 48″w by 32″d and will fit through any standard door and in any passenger elevator.
• Elevator access to second floor locations.
• Dry environment
• One hour setup time (generally less)
• 30 minute tear down time
• There are no food or beverage restrictions when using the equipment.
• Tracks, cars and race types can be changed at any time per customer requests. This flexibility allows us to respond to most participant requests.
• RTG is a great fit for that extra interactive touch that keeps attendees involved. It’s a great alternative to standby or stale offerings as its highly interactive and competitive nature keeps RTG fun longer than other options.
• If RTG is the primary activity, it’s better fit for groups of less than 30 as more people will want to participate more often. If there is any other activity planned, such as cocktail party, music, networking or other offerings, attendees will cycle in and out of RTG, allowing us to serve much larger groups. Our largest group served has been 750 attendees!
• RTG is affordable and a “go to” option event for events with smaller budgets.
• Supporting hardware is easily draped or hidden behind curtains to give the setup a very clean look.
